Albert Rivera

Albert Rivera passed away on May 2, 2021 at the age of 62. Albert was born on February 22, 1959 in Peekskill, NY and graduated Ossining High School in 1977. He worked for the Town of Ossining for 38 years, retiring to Florida. Albert married his high school sweetheart Theresa Vinci on February 14th, 1981. He was a volunteer at Cataract Hose Company #2 for 34 years and helped with many community events sponsored by the Rotary Club and Christopher Columbus Lodge, as well as an active member of the Knights of Columbus in Florida. Albert was a family man first and was a friend to all he knew. Albert is survived by his parents Jose and Josephine Rivera; his wife of 40 years, Theresa Rivera; children Amanda, Daniel and Ryan; grandchildren, Jayden Rivera and Gianna Gray. His siblings Robert, Maria, James and Rosalind; and many nieces, nephews, Godchild, great nephews, great niece, and many aunts, uncles and in-laws. A Memorial Mass will be held 5:30PM Friday, May 21st at St Ann’s Church, 25 Eastern Ave., Ossining, NY. A Celebration of Albert’s Life will be held Saturday, May 22nd beginning at 12:00 PM at Ryder Park, Morningside Drive, Ossining, NY.
