Yacab, Bath-ya of Beacon, entered into rest Thursday, May 21, 2015 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh. She was 75. Born October 1, 1939 in New Rochelle, NY, she was the daughter of the late David and Essie Mae Mills Belton. Bath-ya was a Home Health Aide for Unlimited Care, Inc. Poughkeepsie. Survivors include her husband Issichar Yacab at home, her five children; Rebekah and her husband Kevin Wood of NY, NY, Deborah Yacab of Beacon, Keturah and her husband Waren Beckham of Raleigh, NC, Issiah Yacab and his wife Beatrice of Hyde Park, NY and Hadassah Ben Levi of Poughkeepsie, NY. Her sister Virginia Belton of Mt. Vernon, NY. 16 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a daughter Rashee Yacab, 2 brothers James and David Belton and a sister Jessie Belton. Funeral Services will take place Tuesday, May 26 at 11:00 AM at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY. Interment will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery, Fishkill, NY.
