Cindy Ruth Kinnicutt died on Sunday, December 6,2015 in Newburgh,NY. She was born March 19,1957 in Balston Spa,NY. Cindy resided in Wappingers Falls,NY but was a long time resident of Beacon,NY. She was truly a beautiful soul. Cindy was loved by everyone she touched and had a way of making everything around her beautiful. Her loving spirt will live on in all of us. She was a wonderful mother and sister and loved cooking and being creative. Cindy is survived by her brother Lawrence Kinnicutt and daughter Katie Kinnicutt of Wappingers Falls.
