Frances Garrison

Garrison, Frances C., age 80, of Hughsonville, NY, entered into rest Thursday, May 12, 2011 at her home. Born January 27, 1931 in Beacon, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna May Hickey Garrison. Survivors include her daughter Maryann and her husband Thomas Morgan of Hughsonville, and a son Paul Cook of Red Hook. She’s also survived by her sister Helen Williams of Newburgh, six grandchildren Patricia, Christina, April, Thomas Jr., Lisa and Annie, as well as six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Garrison was pre-deceased by two sons Peter and Elmer Cook, two brothers Fred and Johnny Garrison and a sister Hilda Keller. Visitation will take place on Monday, May 16 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 17 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery, Fishkill, NY.
