Jacob Bernardo

Jacob Bernardo, was born on Monday, April 1, 2024 to parents Joseph F. & Jennifer Bernardo, at the NY Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Cortlandt Manor, NY. Baby Jacob’s family was blessed to hold him for a few precious hours, before God took him in the palm of His Hand to His Heavenly embrace at 6:06am. 

Jacob received love & affection from his mommy & daddy. Along with his parents, left to mourn his passing is his big brother Justin Joseph Bernardo; his maternal grandparents Janet & Mervin Medina; his paternal grandmother Diane Bernardo; several aunts, uncles and extended family. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Fernando Bernardo in 2010; which brings the family comfort knowing that their baby is not alone. 

The Family will gather to honor & offer Baby Jacob back to their Heavenly Father with a Mass of the Angels Christian Burial 10am, Saturday, April 13, 2024 at St. Joachim Church, 51 Leonard Street, Beacon, followed by interment to St. Joachim Cemetery, 325 Washington Avenue, Beacon, New York. Arrangements were entrusted to the loving care of the LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon, New York.
