Jane F. (Shutowich) Raymond

Jane F. Raymond, a longtime Beacon/Fishkill resident, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2022 at the Wingate at Beacon Nursing Facility; at the age of 71 years old. On April 2, 1951, she was born in the Bronx She was the daughter of the late Michael & Elaine (Klersy) Shutowich.

On February 14, 1976 in Fishkill, NY, she married Terrance J.Raymond, who survives at home.

Jane worked for over 27-years as a clerical clerk at the Texaco Research Plant in Glenham, NY, until she retired. Recent years she was a receptionist at the MD Imaging  in Poughkeepsie and Wappingers Falls, until her illness.

She was an avid sports fan, she loved to watch basketball, and especially her beloved NY Mets. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, they were her priority. She always enjoyed having family gatherings and was always making sure that everyone was having a great time. She would always put others before herself.

Along with her husband of 46-years, Jane is survived by her two sons, Michael and his wife Dana Raymond and Jason (Sage) Raymond; her two grandsons, Austin and Aiden Raymond. She is also survived by her brother and sister, Paul Shutowich and Diane Ennist; several nieces, nephews & friends.

Her Family will gather with Friends on Saturday, May 28th from 1-4pm at the LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon, where a prayer service will be offered 2pm.
