Jane Mary (Prestianni) Warren

Jane Mary (Prestianni) Warren, a life-long Beacon resident passed away on February 6, 2023 at the Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Beacon; she was 88-years old. She was born on April 9, 1934 in Cold Spring, NY, daughter of the late Francisco & Alfina (Fazzo) Prestianni.

On September 5, 1981 at St. John the Evangelist Church in Beacon, NY, she married Raymond Warren, who predeceased her in 1994 after 13-years of marriage.

Jane worked as a floor clerk at Crescent Lingerie Shop in Beacon, until her retirement. During retirement she enjoyed going out on various senior citizen trips. She enjoyed watching various sports, baseball, football, and wrestling which she especially loved. Jane enjoyed spending hours on her sister-in-law Lena Prestianni’s front porch people-watching and laughing with the many cast of characters that would stop by to visit. Jane also loved the holidays, and the company of her extended family & friends.

She was a parishioner of the St. Joachim-St. John the Evangelist Church in Beacon.

Along with her husband Raymond and her parents Francisco & Alfina, Jane was predeceased by her seven brothers & four sisters.

Jane is survived by her great-nephew Angelo Cervone and his partner Stephanie Cawein; her great-niece Toni Ann Cervone and her husband Eddie Juchnewicz; her great-great niece Kayhla Bird and her husband Colby.

Her Family will receive Friends on Monday, February 13th from 4-8pm at the LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10AM, Tuesday, February 14th at St. John the Evangelist Church 31 Willow Street, Beacon, followed by interment to Cold Spring Cemetery, Peekskill Rd. & Bank St., Cold Spring, NY.
