Kathleen Frances Foye

Kathleen Frances Foye, a resident of Beacon and Fishkill, formerly of Cambridge, Massachusetts; passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY at the age of 69. She was born in the Bronx, NY on October 3, 1952, and raised by her parents Richard E. Smith Sr. and Vera T. Smith.

Kathleen is survived by her loving companion of 25 years, Barrington St. George Brown, and her daughter Felicia Meyers. She is also survived by a host of other extended family & close-friends.

Kathleen had a deep love of family. She enjoyed being around her family, and kids. She was always known in her neighborhoods as that motherly person, she enjoyed serving as an adopted mother to many. Kathleen had a heart of gold, and always full of Life.

Her Family will receive Friends on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 11:00-AM to 1:00-PM at the LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon, where a prayer service will be offered and a private cremation will follow.
