Kevin M. Butler

Kevin M. Butler, a resident of Warwick, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare Hospital - Montrose Campus in Cortlandt Manor, NY; at the age of 77. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 20, 1947, son of the late John & Helen (nee Morrissey) Butler.

Kevin served in the United States Army as a SP5, during the Vietnam War; he was inducted on September 16, 1966 and received an honorable discharge on March 12, 1969.

Kevin served as a New York City Police Officer for 20-years, in the 15th Precinct; he enjoyed his work.

Kevin leaves behind his nieces & nephews... He is now reunited with those family that have gone before him, especially his parents John & Helen.

His Family will gather to lay him to rest and honor His Life on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at the Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Riverhead (Long Island), New York. A Graveside Committal Service will be held at 12:00 NOON; Military Honors will be rendered by the United States Army Honor Guard.
