Lori (Slater) Miller

Lori B. Miller, 58, a longtime resident of Beacon, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday November 21, 2019 after a three-year battle with cancer. She was born in Eastchester, NY on July 21, 1961, daughter of the late Edward & Yvonne (Young) Slater. Lori was married to Ronald Miller for thirty-five years, when he passed away on September 20, 2019. Lori is survived by her two children Renee and Sean; her two grandchildren Brandon and Adriana; and also her two sisters, Cheryl Blanks and Kimberly Slater. She was a legal assistant for over thirty-years. Lori was an avid New York Mets fan and loved going to Jamaica with her husband yearly. She attended and was very active at the Fishkill United Methodist Church. She loved her children and grandchildren immensely and will be greatly missed. Her family & friends will gather on Tuesday, November 26th 1:00pm at the Beacon Elks Lodge #1493, 900 Wolcott Avenue (Route 9D), Beacon, where a Memorial Service will be offered at 2:00 PM by Pastor Micah Coleman-Campbell. Interment will be private at the convenience of her family.
