Maxine Naomi Garnes

Maxine Naomi Garnes, 60, a resident of Beacon, passed away on December 9, 2020 at the Montefiore St. Luke's-Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, NY. She was born on September 21, 1960 in Barbados, daughter of the late George Clarke and Doreen Elaine Garnes. Maxine loved the arts, she worked as a graphic artist for many years. Maxine is survived by her brothers and sisters: Alva Garnes, Nivon Garnes, Treavor Marshall (Barbados), Marcia Clarke (Barbados), Debra Batson (Barbados), Roslyn Skinner (Barbados); Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings: Michael Clarke (Barbados) and Norville Clarke (Barbados). In light of the recent pandemic occurrence, a memorial gathering & services will be held at a late date privately at the convenience of her family.
