Meghan L. Davis Ashcroft

Meghan L. (Davis) Ashcroft, 37, a resident of Newburgh, formerly of Beacon, passed away on January 30, 2021 at her home after a long illness. She was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on December 28, 1983 beloved daughter of Timothy P. (Terri) Davis, and her mother Michele Conine. Meghan attended Beacon High School; she played varsity tennis and softball which she loved immensely, she graduated with the Class of 2002. Meghan worked in food service for many years at various known restaurants, while at the Bonefish Grill in Poughkeepsie, she met and married Tyler Ashcroft; and shared 2 beautiful children together. Meghan's true joy in life was spending time with family. There were many Lake George getaways with her parents, and road trips down south to Cousin Robbie's with the entire family. She was predeceased by her great-grandmother Nellie (Gallagher) Antalek; her grandparents Michael & Maryann (Antalek) Davis, Bill & Louise (Ricottilli) Conine, John & Martha (Wilson) Manetta; her great-uncle Nunzio Ricottilli; her 2 uncles, Shawn & Daniel Davis; her 2 aunts, MaryEllen (Davis) Scofield and Marie (Manetta) Simmons. Along with her husband Tyler, she is survived by her 2 amazing children Tyler James Ashcroft Jr. and Gia Ashley Ashcroft; her parents Timothy & Terri Davis; her loving mother-in-law Mary Ashcroft; her birth-mother Michele (Conine) Belcher. She is also survived by her 4 sisters and 1 brother: Falon (Adam) McPartland, Ashley Davis, Danielle Krasinski, Amy Krasinski, Timothy (Regina) Davis; her great-uncle Fred Antalek. She was a beloved aunt to 2 nephews & 2 nieces: Timothy J. Davis, Maddox J. McPartland, Finley May McPartland, Grace I. Davis, and many more aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Meghan will always be remembered for her fearless passion for life, joy in making others happy with her generous loving heart and the one person you could always count on. Her Family & Friends will gather on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 from 4-8pm at the LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon, where a service of prayer & remembrance will be held at 7PM.
