Rodney McNair

October 14, 1969 — May 12, 2017

McNair, Rodney Louis of Port Jervis, entered into rest Friday, May 12, 2017 at his residence. He was 47. Born October 14, 1969 in Beacon, he was the son of Robert McNair Sr. and the Late Gloria McNair. My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ felt the need to take his child home to glory. In his years of living he was full of love and filled with joy. He loved his family dearly, especially his children who were his pride and joy. There was never a dull moment when he was around. Our heart aches, as I am sure many more do as well at the fact that we have to speak in past tense when it comes to him, but God saw the need to give him his wings. He is survived by his companion Jennifer, his children, Janell and Jeffrey McNair, Jarod and Jarell McNair and their mother Latisha Robinson all of Newburgh, his father, Robert McNair Sr. (aka Pop) his brothers, Robert McNair Jr. (Womp), James McNair (Mac), Terrance Alan McNair and his wife Susan, Curtis McNair, Craig McNair and his sister Gloria McNair (Mimi) all of Beacon and Poughkeepsie, two grandchildren, Eli and Myles, also a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Gloria McNair. We will try our best to continue our lives without you here in the physical. Soar our angel soar! Love you forever ! You will never be forgotten.
