Tamika Danielle Pope-Haynes

Tamika Pope-Haynes, departed this earthy journey on Monday, July 12, 2021, at the age of 52. A resident of Beacon and Newburgh, NY for many years; she recently resided in Richmond, VA and upon her passing. She was born on July 29, 1968 in New York, NY, daughter of the late Berkley Lunsford & Edna Pope.

Tamika was an easy going and loving woman. In addition to enjoying cooking shows, she absolutely loved shopping, getting her hair done and watching movies with her husband, Tony. The joy of her life was spending time with her family, especially her adoring grandchildren.

Tamika will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

Tamika was predeceased by both her parents.

Tamika is survived by her loving husband, Tony. Her four children: James Hines, Tiffani Kenan, Marcus Lunsford & Breanna Smith. Her one brother, Wayne Pope, and three sisters. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, and a host of extended family & friends.

Her Family will receive Friends on Saturday, August 21st from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon, where at 12:00 NOON Her Life will be Celebrated.
