Medley, Warren Morris ‘Molly’ entered into rest Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh. He was 64. Born August 16, 1949, in Beacon, he was the son of the late Mary Medley Faison. Warren was a Custodial Engineer for the Beacon City School District. He was a member of CSEA. He was an avid fan of Boxing and Football. In his younger years Warren won the Golden Gloves as he enjoyed boxing himself. On May 28, 1977 in Newburgh, NY he married Rev. Dr. Ella L. Oates, Mrs. Medley survives at home. In addition to his wife Warren leaves behind, two sons, Terrance L. Medley of Beacon and Arue D. Medley of Beacon, a brother Glenwood Faison Jr. and his wife Polly of Kingston, five sisters, Rose Simmons of Beacon, Beverly Faison of Beacon, Ballery Simons and her husband Leon of SC., Renee Delphin and her husband Patrick of Poughkeepsie and Monica Sylvester of Poughkeepsie, two granddaughters Jana and Jada Medley of Beacon, his stepfather Glenwood Faison Sr., A special cousin David Quill, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Lorea Medley of Beacon. A Memorial Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 20, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am at the funeral home, Rev. Dr. Ronald O. Perry, Sr. will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Jarett D.
