He was born July 9, 1975 in Cold Spring, NY, son of Johnna (Sicilian) Kelly. William graduated from the New York Military Academy in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY in1993 with highest honors, the Superintendent’s sword and scholarships. Bill was a proud member of his military band at school, as a Drummer. He later attended Monmouth University in NJ.
On September 29, 2001 at St. Joachim Church in Beacon, he married Rachel Alejandro, who survives him at home with their daughters. His wife and children were the great loves of his life.
William, affectionately known by family & friends as Billy, worked as a carpenter for 5 years with the Metro-North Railroad from Croton-Harmon, NY. He also worked in construction, as a union painter.
